Sunday School

Our Sunday Morning Ministry offers:

Classes for children (nursery – 5th grade)
Carpenter’s Class (a Sunday School Class for special needs children)
Sunday School for youth (6th grade – 12th grade)

Five adult Sunday School Classes:

Young Adult Sunday School Class

Details: This is a Sunday School for young adults (18-40) who are in various transitional stages in their lives. There is a lot of discussion in this class and new people are always welcome. You will never be behind!

Location: Room 20

Covenant

Details: This class is based on Bible study and its application to daily life. Lessons are centered on the scripture to enable our members to grow in their personal relationship with God. The format is lecture with plenty of time for discussion of different viewpoints. Lessons are presented using multimedia presentations. Several mission projects and socials throughout the year.

Family Faith

Details:
The class is attended by parents of newborn children to grandparents! Topics of study include books of the Bible and literature that relate to our personal journeys in faith. The format of guided discussion with multi-media presentation makes it comfortable to ask questions and share ideas.

Occasional social gatherings are planned throughout the year.

Several mission projects each year, as well as helping families in need.

Location: Fellowship Hall

Trinity

Details: This class is made of most older adults who like to study the Bible and go deep in the Word of God.

Quarterly socials.

Mission projects to help needy families.

Location: Trinity Classroom

Wesleyan

Class Format: A combination of lecture and discussion, with emphasis given to discussion.

Lesson Topics: Chosen from Cokesbury literature by the class on an as needed basis. We alternate between traditional Bible Study and more contemporary writers who use the Bible to answer questions about current topics of interest to the class.

Details:
Fellowship time 10:00AM. – 10:15AM.
Devotion and lesson 10:15 – 11:00AM.
Class get-togethers for potluck and fellowship as the Spirit moves us!
Support given to special projects on an as needed basis.
